ENQUIRIES & BOOKINGS: Please quote ‘Adelaide & Kangaroo Island Special Package’ and advise room type(s) required, number of
persons and your preferred holiday dates (please have alternative dates too if your preferred dates are unavailable). Bookings may be by
phone, fax, mail, e-mail or via our web site. Bookings and are not confirmed until the receipt of the Booking Deposit.
PRICES: Prices in this brochure are correct at time of publication but are subject to change without notice. Prices are valid for bookings
where travel is completed by 31st March 2008. In the absence of a new brochure having superseded this one, bookings for travel after
31st March 2008 are capped at an additional $40 per person (even if the actual price eventuates to be higher).
BOOKING DEPOSIT & BALANCE PAYMENT:
Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners (Amex & Diners surcharge may apply).
Cheques or Money Orders (in Australian Dollars) payable to: Adelaide Sorrento Meridien.
Direct Deposit: Available - details in writing on request.
Payment: A deposit of $100 per person is required at time of booking for it to be confirmed. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
If a booking is made less than 30 days from due arrival, full payment is required at time of booking. Any additional charges incurred whilst
on the package are for the holidaymaker to pay direct to the accommodation, meal or tour provider.
CANCELLATIONS, POSTPONEMENTS, ALTERATIONS & REFUNDS: Please note: any notice of cancellation, postponement or
alteration is required to be in writing. 1. No refunds can be made for holiday package inclusions that are not utilised. (Only tours cancelled
by the operator due to weather, etc. may be refunded upon receipt of a valid voucher and letter of request). 2. Cancellation received less
than 15 days prior to due arrival, or non-arrival: No Refund. 3. Cancellation received 15 to 21 days prior to due arrival: 80% Refund. 4.
Cancellation received more than 21 days notice: Refund less $30 per person Administration Fee. 5. Postponement of a package may be
permitted at Adelaide Sorrento Meridien’s discretion ($30 Administration Fee applies), however any subsequent cancellation will incur a
minimum of the cancellation fees applicable at the time of the original postponement. 6. Any amendment to a confirmed booking is subject
to availability and any cancellation due to amendment will incur the above cancellation fees. |
